Recycling programs at the College of Charleston are currently organized through a variety of independent departments on campus. The goal of this website is to provide a central source of information regarding current and future recycling services on campus as well as related news and special events.

E-Waste Bin Installation
On February 7th, we installed new electronic-waste bins for small electronics, printer cartridges, and batteries in the School of Sciences and Mathematics Building, Lightsey Center, Maybank Hall, Stern Student Center, and the Thaddeus Street Jr. Education Center.
Spring 2014

Welcome to the new year! Fall 2013 was a tough act to follow - we helped to make Fall Family Weekend Brunch the College's first ever zero-waste event, ran another successful RecycleMania competition, expanded composting services in our dining halls, and installed personal recycling bins in all residence hall rooms. Now it's time to continue the work!
